TOP10 Summer spots in Budapest
Summer is the sweetest time in Budapest. Hot weather, bunch of tourists on the terraces, fan zone for World Cup, pool and bath parties and so on. Here is the list of my top summer places in BP:
1.PONTOON - has an amazing atmosphere, fabulous panorama, live concerts, drinks and sometimes movie nights. It's also dogs friendly and if you couldn't find free sits in the bar area you are welcome to take one of numerous chairs and sit in the riverfront of Duna, right after bar area.

2. RAQPART - Open air bar under Chain Bridge on the shore of Danube river which was opened in the summer of 2014. Bar has breathtaking view of sunset and lights of Chain Bridge. There are first floor and not big terrace on the second floor. The cocktails are well designed and there is a rule "no wi-fi, enjoy talk with each other".

3. POOL&BEER party - Vituki pool hosts pool parties approximately twice per month in the summer time. There you can find electronic music played by local and international Dj's, pink flamingos, hot girls in the bikini; drink beer and the cocktails in the pool, play some football, volleyball, tennis, ping pong at the garden area. There are also food court with hot dogs, langos and burgers, bar with cold drinks and dance area.

4. ZSIRAF- the place is basically an open air bar garden. It was open in June 2016 during EURO cup season, so had being projecting the games for fans. Colorful light bulbs make amazing vibes during summer nights and seems you are in oasis among urban life. Different events with DJ sets and live music concerts made the place one of the best spot for chilling evenings.

5. FROCCSTERASZ - is located at Deak Ference ter and is a big complex of indoor two-floor bar and two-floor outdoor area. Here you can eat typical Serbian burgers Pljeskavica (mix of pork or beef served with kind of flatbread). You will find your favorite type of Froccs, bar offers different proportions, tastes, and wine types as well as a variety of cocktails. Yummy type of wine from berries (Hungarian brand Beary's) is also served there. In addition, the view for Budapest eye definitely will make your summer vibes in the city center unforgettable.

6. KOLEVES - place is located very close to Goszdu Udvar and Szimpla Kert, has perfect garden area with colorful chairs, hammocks and the ground is covered by the tiny pebbles. The atmosphere is very relaxed and chilled. There is a good variety of cocktails and beers. Next to the garden there is a restaurant for proper dinner. Kőleves also has an additional, unique venue - small retro minivan what is parked on Kazinczy Street with table and little chairs inside, which anyone can reserve for a romantic dinner.

7. HIGH NOTE SKY BAR - High level of service, cocktails, food, 360 degrees view for Basilica made this place one of the world's 10 best roofers 2018 by Condé Nast Traveler. Located on the roof of Aria hotel and opened all year and this is the only place that is able to provide this unique and exclusive access to the breathtaking view of St. Stephen’s Basilica. The design combines historical and modern style of Budapest. The variety of the cocktails is not that big, but all of them are authentic. Bar organize think fancy parties with world-class musicians and DJ’s, morning yoga classes and a lot more events.

The place has good service, large selection of quality and authentic cocktails from the award winning bartenders and also offers an impressive list of spirits. 9. AKVARIUM CLUB - located on Deak Ferenc ter (students' square) and renovated in April, 2014. In the warm season, the area is filled usually late evenings by people who come here to sit, relax, talk with friends, drink, and sometimes even watch a football match.The cocktails are served with lightening ice cubes. Apart from great food and drinks there are also many concerts or club events there with world class sound and lighting systems.

10. KERTEM - open air garden bar with lots of trees, greenery, meadows and good air. Its located in front of Olof Palme House what was built in 1885 in the form of a Műcsarnok, and later it was turned into a Capital Museum for the Great Garden of Heroes. There was a military hospital, sculptor's office, cafe, pub and even a dance school. The bar has hundreds colorful chairs, however, if you couldn't find some free sit you can just sit on the uphill of the road. When the evening comes the lightsbulbs are turned on and create magnificent atmosphere. Sometimes there are concerts with the live music.
